TERMS AND ART PROCESS

General Terms• If you do not pay for an exclusive/private commission, I reserve the right to post it anywhere.• If you want the artwork to be a gift or posted on a specific day, please let me know in advance (no extra cost).• You may choose to stay anonymous or be tagged on Twitter if you did not order a private commission.• You are NOT ALLOWED to use my art for any NFT or AI-related purposes.• If your commission is for commercial use, you must inform me in advance; it will be properly priced.• You are free to share or post your commission anywhere as long as my signature is not removed. Tagging me is appreciated but optional.• You're not allowed to remove my signature from the artwork.• Once payment is confirmed, I will start your commission, and you will receive WIPs/process images.• I will take the necessary time to deliver the best piece possible.. Delivery may take some time, but you are always free to ask for updates. I will contact you whenever there is a significant update.
If you need faster delivery, you must purchase Urgent Priority.• Normally, commissions are delivered within up to 2 weeks.-Payment• Prices are charged in USD (US Dollars).• Payments are made via PayPal.• Full payment is required upfront before I start your commission.• I reserve the right to cancel or place your commission on standby if necessary. In case of cancellation, you will be contacted and refunded according to the commission’s progress, along with all current files.• You may cancel your commission at any time. Refunds will be issued based on the progress made. If the artwork is close to completion, no refund will be provided.• If work has already started, you will receive a partial refund only, along with unfinished files
(minimum refund amount: 50%).• If a refund is requested, PayPal fees will not be covered and will be deducted from the refunded amount.-
Commission Process• I will stay in contact with you throughout the process to ensure the artwork meets your expectations.• Edits that require significant backtracking will incur an additional +$10. You will always be warned beforehand—please confirm you’re satisfied before proceeding.• If you request an OC with a new outfit that has no visual references (text-only concept), an additional fee will apply. This does not apply to existing outfits with references (e.g., Pinterest images).• If you purchase Urgent Priority, please stay available throughout the day. If delayed responses prevent timely completion, no refund will be issued.
I give your commission maximum priority, so I expect the same level of availability in return.
